Biggest Motivator

Prod NYK doesn't see himself as an entrepreneur. Music is his biggest motivation.

"I basically could be one as a small producer making and selling beats. Since I was a kid I wanted to do something with music. I didn't want to go to a music school, because all they teach you there is music theory and how to play a music instrument."

Prod NYK  gets his ideas by listening and analyzing music. To get creative he mix different genres.

"It calms me and makes me forget everything I've been stressing about. If I'm anxious about something I just open Fruity Loops."

His favorite part of being a producer is listening to the finished result. His least favorite thing as a producer is when it takes a long time to make a melody. 

" The artists that I often listen to and inspire me are Trippie Redd, Lil B, Lil Durk, Lil Baby, Future, Playboi Carti, Lil Uzi Vert, Chiefkeef, Ken Carson, Yeat, Summrs, Autumn, Juice WRLD, XXXTENTACION, Travis Scott, Nardo Wick, Rich The Kid, DC The Don, Smokepurpp and many more."

 His biggest fear is to die unsuccessful. My goal is to be successful. I have 2 paths to do that. 

"Getting success takes time and for me blowing up would take another 15 years. The reason why people don't succeed with music is that they are impatient and they get bored with it easily."

The producers that inspire him are Nick Mira, Nadddot, Bosley, Sharkboy, Loesoe, Wheezy, ATL Jacob, Southside, TM88, Metro Boomin, Ronny J, Chopsquad DJ, Chief Keef, Pierre Bourne, Murda Beatz and many more as well!
